Scoring
Don't miss the chance to see your company's name in the results! This is a great opportunity to stir up friendly competition and get company recognition. It's simple; after the race, participants submit their finish times to the Team Captain. The team awards for each industry categories are based on the finish times.
Not doing it for the Glory? Don't worry, the Team Scoring is optional.
Who is eligible to score on a company team?
· Any registered participant who is a full time/Part time employee and who works for the company / organization
· A CEO or Entrepreneur
· Clients
· Customers
· Friends of the company.
· (A person can only be on one team)
How is my team scored?
· It's easy, after the race team members report their finish time, exactly as it appears on the finish line clock, to the Team Captain or scorekeeper.
· The Team Captain records all scores on scorecard(s) and turns in the scorecard(s) to the Information/ by 8:40 p.m. to be included in the results.
· Participants can only be placed on one scorecard
· Results are available online soon.
Scorecards
Unique to this event, participants are responsible for remembering their own race times from the digital display clocks. Participants should move through the finish chute and locate his/her Team Captain or scorekeeper. We suggest your scorekeeper attach the roster form to a clipboard and record the times as they are reported. After the race when all the race times are in, determine how to fill out your scorecards.
Team Captain records all scores on scorecard(s) and turns in the scorecard(s) to the Information/Scoring tent by 8:40 p.m. to be included in the results.
Scorecard Rules
· A participant may only be placed on one scorecard.
· Scorecards will not be accepted if the company information is incomplete or participant information is incomplete.
· Upon verification, if the race committee finds discrepancies with your company team, the entire company team will be disqualified.
